Dream Harvest, a Brighton (UK) based Indie Studio, are looking for an experienced Games Producer to join their close-knit team to help push the quality of their games to the next level.
You'll initially be working closely with the senior management team and publishing partner to plan out and solidify our production plan for our new title along with helping out with our team growth plans.
Responsibilities
- You will be accountable for game production, managing the day-to-day developer relations, across our projects throughout the development lifecycle.
- Work with the team to create roadmaps and key project deliverables, ensuring our games have a competitive edge to succeed in the marketplace
- Ownership of the milestone schedule ensuring our projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high level of quality
- Help manage relationships with 1st party partners and own the certification and submission processes
- Manage in-house and external QA resources as well as ownership of LOC and age ratings submissions
- Communication of project status, good news and not so good news (so we can we learn from our success and failures and act on them accordingly)
- Support the hiring of new team members in collaboration with department leads.
Required Skills
- Experience in a Project Management or Producer role in the gaming industry; you must have managed multiple projects from inception to launch, in particular digital distribution, and digital ecosystems (PC & console)
- Excellent project management skills, you are structured, highly organised, you can handle more than one project at a time and are exceptionally action orientated
- Proactive and open-minded in solving scheduling issues relating to the complex development structure of game development
- A good fit within the studio environment, being friendly, approachable and with a professional work ethic
- Able to think outside the box and understand what actions make a difference
- A true games fanatic, with knowledge across all platforms and a passion for indie gaming, you actively follow the industry
About Dream Harvest
At Dream Harvest, we're building thought-provoking narrative experiences wrapped in deep strategic gameplay. We aim to challenge genre norms by pushing mechanics in new directions and offering our players new experiences that get them thinking in new ways. We are a multiplatform studio developing premium games across PC, Consoles and Mobile.
Dream Harvest is made up of a highly experienced team, with members having worked for studios such as Creative Assembly senior alumni, having worked across the Total War Franchise, from early games all the way up to the latest Total War: Warhammer 3.
Other team members have worked on projects and games such as Riots' Arcane animation series, The Witcher 2, Star Wars: The Old Republic, Broken Sword 5, Fable 2 & 3, among many others and have worked at companies & studios like Ubisoft, Fortiche, Disney, SIDE and OMUK.
Our first title, NeuroNet: Mendax Proxy, tells the story of a city-management AI discovering its humanity in a world losing theirs to technology.Our next title, which is currently in pre-production, is a turn-based tactical RPG set within a grimdark Victorian London and combines elements of Xcom, Monster Hunter, Bloodborne and This War Of Mine.
